I have a Jaguar XF 2013, It was parking for two weeks, this morning when I turned it on, the touchscreen didn't turn on, it is completely in black, the air condition is working, but the and the reverse sensors are not working.

I turn on and off many times the cars, but the screen is not working.

Do you think is a fuse problem? or what is your recommendation to solve it ?.

 

Start with power. Have the battery tested. I'm guessing two weeks without running and a 3-4 year old battery and perhaps its failing. They are v sensitive to battery issues. Hoping that's all it is - a quick and easy fix. The touchscreen is expensive...
