Default TPMS part number for 2010 xfr

Hi folks. There seems to be ao many different sensors available and i want to ensure i get the right one. Do u have a part number?

I didnt use an OEM part and mine seems to work fine, you need one thats 315Hz and you should be good

Kirk, Make sure you mention whether you are in the US or UK or elsewhere. I know the 315 MHz ones are for the US, but the 433 MHz, I think are for the UK. I bought the VDO brand as many said those were more reliable.

Cheers guys im in UK so need to 433khz one i think. Ive ordered one from flea bay for £32. Fingers crossed. Not cheap to do once you factor in the cost of removing tyre also.

Hi Kirk.

A tyre bay that knows what they are doing should be able to fit them without totally removing the tyre.

Thanks Les. It will need deflating and moving aside to get the base on. My new one has arrived so fingers crossed its works.

Kirk,

A classic example of why we ask all members to add Location details to their forum profile. Jaguar specifications vary across World markets.

We don't ask for anything too specific - Country is sufficient but City/Town is a useful addition and is still sufficiently vague not to affect privacy.

So you bought the 315hz Tpms sensors, had them installed, what about having them programmed? Do the sensors need to be paired to the car, if so, does the dealer need to do this?

Sensors do not need to be programmed. They should automatically find them.
