Default Transmission Flush Seals

If you have had the transmission flushed, did you have these other seals changed along with the mechatronix sleeve?

A flush is all done externally to the transmission and all the seals you show are internal to the transmission.
You need to drop the transmission pan to replace any seals?

In the UK it is standard to replace the sump pan with mechatronix sleeve as part of the fluid change. Just wondered if they should all be changed while they are accessible
