TSB on CJB?
Hi Folks,
I have been chasing my previously discussed issue with my DRL's. Love these acronyms! I have made some progress if you consider now not just my DRL are inoperable but also my main beams. These are the Bi-Xeons and only on right side. So, after I replaced both my bulb and exciter to no avail, I connected to left side, and all works fine. I had printed off at some point the TSB related to wicking (as per John Williams suggestion) but cannot locate it. Does anyone have a link? The CJB looks perfectly dry, but I am now at a total loss for new ideas. Is it possible the stalk in steering wheel column could contribute?
Any other suggestions?

Sorry, it occurred to me some may not be familiar with the acronyms, TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) CJB (Central Junction Box).
Also, in discussions with an exotic car independent shop he thinks it may be a possibility that an inline safety circuit protects each light assembly, and it may require a Jaguar diagnostic reset. Anyone familiar with this?

Here's the TSB....https://ibb.co/NxgKPJ6
By chance are you aware of any other "circuit type breakers" (I understand no fuses are in line) such as an internal interrupter that require a Jaguar specific diagnostic reset?
