I recently had the Eco Start/Stop function on my 2013 XF Supercharged (5.0) become "Not Available." After replacing the battery and resetting the BMS, the button now works and I can turn Eco Start/Stop on and off, but after over a week of varied driving it has yet to actually turn off when stopped. This is in mild temperatures and with the AC on and off. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

 

you need to go to the dealer and have a session run to see what parameters are not allowing the eco to work properly. It list them out when you run a eco system health check and then you can address the faults
