HELP!!! I recently had the electrical rack & pinion replaced on my car. Long story short the mechanic that did the repairs told me he purchased the computer software to reprogram the computer so it will recognize the new part because right now I still don't have power steering. Well, the guy has done missing and I can't get ahold of him. I don't have a Jaguar dealership near me. The closest one is 3 hours aways. Any suggestions????? I would appreciate it. I recently got diagnosed with cancer and need my car for treatment appoints. Luckily I was able to get my car out of his shop and back to my home.

I've just had my 2019 XJ update from dealer. No cost. Took them 3 hours to complete.
