Aftermarket
I am getting very mixed messages on aftermarket exhausts and other possible upgrades from Jaguar.
Does anyone have a definitive answer? Its not worth blowing my 5 year warranty.
Arden is approved by Jag in Germany and Europe.

check with mina gallery in los angeles. they have fabulous jag upgrades including exhausts. i think you can do anything from the cats back and not lose the warranty. i was going to buy their cold air intakes but decided to use a pair of k&n filters instead. mina has an outstanding reputation.

If an aftermarket piece causes another part to fail, warranty does not cover the failed part. For instance, if the aftermarket exhaust replaces the catalytic converters with a straight pipe, and your oxygen sensors corrode beyond operation from unscrubbed exhaust gases, the oxygen sensors are your responsibility.
But an out-and-out voided warranty? Not likely.

Got a reply from Arne at Arden and he attached their 3 year warranty should their aftermarket do any damage. It is authorized through any Jag dealer for repair.
So I guess that means I would be covered should my aftermarket do any damage to the engine. Though experience has shown that when dealers want to they blame everything and anything on your aftermarket.

Not yet but since I was thwarted getting a FLiR camera installed perhaps I'll put my money into speed. lol
