Better quality reversing camera

Hi,
Does the XJ have a better reversing camera available?
My wife has recently got a brand new focus with reversing camera and its like comparing a 4k TV to a 1970s' CRT from Life on Mars. The quality difference is amazing and really does show how crap quality that camera really is in the XJ. If a newer/better quality model is available, does anyone know the number?

ive been looking for this too. The front screen is an "HD" display, and even thought i havent actually watched a movie on it, that means its 1080P (maybe 720). What i havent been able to figure out yet is if the connection between the camera itself and the screen can actually support an HD resolution. If the cable cant support it, getting a new camera is a pointless endeavor.

has anyone tried to remove the camera at all, just to see what connections we are working with?
