The past few months the drivers side back door has stayed locked. Tried the inside lock release on the dash. Nothing. Tried the baby locks on and off . One time that worked. Today nothing. Is there something I can push and hold down for 5 seconds that will reset it or is it something more complicated. 2012 Jag XJ supercharged.

 

Have you checked the codes?
Might need to replace the door lock actuator.
