Your radiator hoses will always develop leaks at the clamps as long as you continue to use screw-type (worm gear) hose clamps to replace the original spring-type clamps. Screw clamps do not distribute their grip evenly around the hose and have a high pressure point directly under the screw mechanism. Over time the hose will leak at that point. Spring-type clamps distribute their grip more evenly around the hose and the hose will last longer.
Invest in a pair of spring-clamp pliers to make installation easier. Replace all of your hoses and use the proper size spring clamps.
