@BrettInGalveston, if you haven't done so already, remove the spark plugs and use a cooling system pressure tester to pressurise the system to 1 bar. With the system under pressure, use a bore scope to inspect each cylinder for coolant if the pressure begins to drop.

If coolant is present, the head gasket(s) failed due to the head(s) and or cylinder block being warped.
