Hi fellow jag owners!

I just purchased a 2011 XJL SC with rear entertainment. What is the easiest way to put some videos on a small USB and throw it into the USB drive in the back seat? Any certain formats? Resolutions? I see some discussion on it many years back, but wondering if that has since been updated.

I just want to throw a few movies and TV shows onto a drive and have it so the kids have something to watch when they are in the backseat.

Any help is appreciated.
