Here is the bulletin in question. It MAY OR MAY NOT affect some of the owners on this thread. If you are affected, it will be definite, and there will be a stored fault to confirm. If no stored fault, it's not for you.

Good luck!

Thank you xjrguy for the document. Btw, I did have this same vibration at low speeds when I used to park my car in my garage, but it went away after I did a wheel alignment where the dealership did find that my wheels were out of whack a bit. Not sure if this info will help some of you.

Hello all. I'm new to the forum. Glad it exists. I'm still having steering wheel vibration when parking or tuning the wheel when engine speed is near idle. Galpin Jaguar has performed the computer update for highway assist mode but it has failed to fix the problem. They have also replaced the rack, the pump, and hoses... with no success. Anyone here able to remedy this situation? Thank you all.

My first question would be: Do you have aftermarket or oversized wheels??

Number two would be: Are the new tires the specified size, or oversize??

Either of those could contribute to what you describe.

Cheers,

Default Stock 19 wheels

Thanks for the reply. The wheels are stock 19"s with Jaguar recommend Perrelis... hope I spelled that right. I've been wanting to upgrade, but with this studder problem I figuered I'd keep it all stock until they figure out the problem. All work has been done by a reputable Jag dealer in Los Angeles; Galpin Jaguar.
