I am searching for the five-piece leather luggage set that came with the 2010/2011 XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus Edition. If you have a complete set or know someone with one, I am interested in purchasing it. The set must be complete (all 5 pieces) and in good condition. Thanks!

Best of luck finding a set. I am sure they are out there, but I haven't even been able to find a picture of what the set looks like, much less seeing any for sale. Do you have a picture?

 

I do not have a picture. I only know it is a five-piece set in blue leather. With only 50 cars produced and sold 15 years ago, it is going to take some time to locate a set. I have owned my XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus Edition for four years.

 

OK, guys, I found and bought the actual Neiman Marcus Luggage set that came with my car when new. For those of you who have never seen it, here it is. I located my car's prior owner and he still had the luggage. This is very cool!

 

No way!! Thought this was a shot in the dark at best. What is the story on finding it?

I'm the second owner of the car. The prior owner had the car for 10 years. He serviced the car at the Jaguar dealer when he bought it new. CarFax gave me the name of the selling and servicing dealer. I sent a letter to the General Manager of the original selling and servicing dealer about the luggage set and asked if he would look in their records, contact the prior owner and express my interest in buying the luggage if he still had it. The prior owner still had the luggage and contacted me. We agreed on a price and he shipped the luggage to me.

When it rains, it pours. Turns out I located a second set of the Neiman Marcus Edition XJL Supercharged in Indiana and had spoken to that owner about buying her luggage. This time of year she is in Florida for the Winter and she would not be able to do anything about the luggage until she returns home in the Spring.

I was successful in locating two sets and purchased the set pictured.
