Default Cylinder 3 misfire

I pulled codes and it said cylinder 3 misfire, also bank 1 cat issue which I assume is caused by the misfire and it being bank one means a bank. But it seems to be misfiring both banks on one cylinder at the exact same time with my hands over the exhaust. These 2 cylinders never fire it seems. All cylinders are getting spark and a injector signal, also all have at least 190 psi. Well, not too sure about injector signal, but the fluke shows it pulses at least .2 volts. My next step is to hit the injectors with straight 12 volts and observe the clicking action, maybe one is stuck.

Hoping in here I'll find a diagnostic flow chart, plus what you'd expect to find in a service manual.

G'day Ivan,

What caused the problem and how did you fix it?

Cheers,
Jeff.
