Well I have been busy working on my $200 XJ8 rescued from a young lady. The transmission problem turned out to be a bag coil. Here is what I have done so far and what it cost so far.
Purchase$200
registration $136
Smog$50
Tranny Service $325
New Coils and spark plugs $380
oil filter O ring gasket $7
Powder coated wheels $480
Tires $650
dent removal $100
Paint correction $400, front and rear bumpers.
for a total of $2728
sure does ads up fast.
I’m going to list it on Turo for a wedding car. Let’s see if it rents
