Well, remember when you were much younger you could buy "blade refils" in every autostore? I still have good long term memory and too cheap to shell out $30 for single wiper blade! Now days you need a special order to get refills in store.
Just replace rubber blades!
I bought
Amazon Amazon

Amazon Amazon
One for driver side another for passanger side and that left me with one complete spare set. all for under $13

The way I read it, I can be wrong, the problem with nozzles is that they are attached to wiper frame.
Personally, I do like nozzle on wiper frame and not on the hood or cowling. I do not like car in front of me washing my windshield .

If it's just the rubber inserts, these worked fine for me:
Trico TTR610 "Wiper Refill", 6mm wide 24" long, snap to length.

Jaguar do list the rubber available separately:

They even have them in stock:

Many years since I purchased a complete wiper blade for any Jaguar.

Bosch makes a direct replacement blade set that has the washer nozzle built in. The part # is AR 608 S.

I see you found a set, but the nozzle is on the arm, not the blade, isn't it? Replacing the blade should not affect the washer nozzle at all.
