Air con not working, pipes are cold

Default Air con not working, pipes are cold

Hi, i have my car booked in for a regas on the 16th but was wondering if there are any problem areas i can eliminate prior to it. The pipes going into the car are cold.

The climate control module might have the answer (DTCs) logged in it so that might save some diagnosis.

Read the codes as a starting point. You might need the repair shop or someone with dealer level diagnostics to read them.

Servo motors drive flaps so it could be that or a faulty temp sensor??

Yes the heater and blower are working fine. I have a cheap code reader i have been using to identify my lean codes which may not have the scope to identify a/c issues.
Fortunately i should be able to borrow a friends Carsoft reader. Would the a/c system produce a EML light if there was a DTC logged ? Many thanks for your input :-)

Air con now cold as can be! Turned out to be a bad pipe connection on the condenser.
