Default Any XJRs in the Twelves?

Has anyone broke into the 12s at the track and if so what are your mods? I am certain a stock XJR will not make it...

A few guys on the UK forum have, they have Nitrous or Twin-Screw to do it.

Davey (Twin-Screw) 12.8101 @ 114.79 mph
Jerry (Nitrous) 12.92 @ 110.8 mph

Doubt it would do it, maybe might have more chance with Drag-Slicks and a LSD

With the mods you mention, expect the low 13s.

Do the exhaust and the intake, and make sure that the exhaust has an x-pipe in it.

Leave the pulley & tune to later.

You really need an LSD and to change the diff ratio from the stock 2.87:1 to 3.31:1 if you want to crack 12's...

Edit

And run 18" wheels, the 20's are bad for acceleration...

I thought there was an issue with changing gears? Can we program for them now?
