Do you know of a shop that can reprogram a 2004-2010 Denso BCM module to fit it to a car, in the Savannah GA area?

I have found an XJ8 MY2005, fully loaded with all the good stuff. The car has been sitting for the past 2 years. Owner wants to get rid of it (has too many other project cars to cater to).
It had an issue with the BCM in the front (water damage due to blockage in the drain), was fixed, then STOLEN.
The owner purchased another used BCM, tried installing it but the car would not fire up: apparently it has to be programmed for the VIN (I have been told that the control unit, car and both keys need to be in the same place to perform the programming).

The easy option would be to take it to a Jag dealership, and let them rip me off for over 2k for a new control module.
The smart option would be to have someone reprogram it, but I don't know of anyone with the necessary skills in the Savannah GA area.
