Default A/C diagnosis help

I just had a refurbished A/C compressor installed by a trusted Indy mechanic. Worked great for a few days, then nothing; meaning just hot air through the vents. The compressor is not engaging, but I can turn it with my hand. I'm not getting any volts at all to the compressor, key on, or engine running. The condenser fan is not operating. Refrigerant pressures are WNL. It's over 100 miles back to my mechanic, Are there any fuses, relays, etc. to check before I make the trek? Hoping for something simple, thanks in advance

The signal is PWM to control the compressor. Take it to the mechanic.
