Ever since I bought my 2006 XJ8, very recently, the radiator fan has been running for 2-3min after stopping the engine - today it is was 45F and it was driven very normal and the fan is still running.
Is it normal that the fan is running after you stop?
-Just had it in the shop because of a bad themostat and I though that was the reason for the running fan, but no change at all here.

 

I have never experienced the fan running after shutting down the engine at any temp.
