Lost only key solution by swap all ECM modules and lock cylinders
I have a garage queen 2004 X350 with 65K miles. I have not driven for a while and realized I lost the only key. I have a donor blown engine 2004 x350 with two keys. Is this possible that to replace all 1 to 1 . Remove and replace all engine control modules (ECM), body control module (BCM), and instrument cluster, transmisison valve body module, any modules, all lock cylinders that associateds with imobilze system (without reprograming).

I would just use SDD and proceed to erase ALL keys then add 2 back in. Your main problem was not having 2 keys. People won't get the second key until disaster strikes. For people reading this please DON'T have only 1 key. You need 2.
Good luck replacing all that and not needed extensive programming with SDD. It will be much easier to add keys using SDD.

The problem is that you have a VID BLOCK car.
The VIN is part of the VID BLOCK and when you install all the required modules, you change the car to a different VIN that is at odds with the one stamped on your car and title.
Some States or Counties require emission testing and it will see a different VIN than what is in their database.
Don't know what the consequences are for something like that?

My luck. I found the valet key. I will get duplicate for all of my Jags. Local Jaguar dealer in Nashvile, TN indicated they are no longer servicing X350. This reply from them is one of the reason no one drives Jaguar in the US anymore. Even if they service X350, I woud have the car tow to the dealer and probably cost over thousand dollars for towing and new key.
The question, is it possible that swapping all, remove and replace all engine control modules (ECM), body control module (BCM), and instrument cluster, transmisison valve body module, any modules, all lock cylinders that associateds with imobilze system (without reprograming).

No read the answers you got. Especially the one from motorcarman. He is an expert on these cars.
You can't swap things without reprogramming. That's why I said to use SDD and add keys. Now is it possible? Well of course yes but with how many hours of work and how many thousands of dollars are you willing to spend?
You had great luck finding that Valet key too! Hopefully you can get the blanks and get the keys cut. Time has moved on but the last time I had to do keys on a car like yours. I had to bring the title and a letter from the owner to the Jaguar dealer giving them permission to cut the key for me. But the key blanks are easy to find and are all over EBay for little money.
You can also buy the Tibbe key cutter attachment for several hundred dollars if you want to start a side business!
I hear and agree with you on the dealers. They have completely abandoned their customers at JLR's demand. Maybe you can find an independent locksmith to help.
I don't know if he still does it but we had a forum member who invested in a Tibbe key cutter and offered this service to the forum members for a fee. We also have a lot of threads on these keys and how to program and cut them if your interested?
Here is a quick search which is always useful and it returned 22 results that have a bunch of Tibbe stuff in them.

Post back how it works out.

- Search the forum for other members in your area and ask if anyone has SDD that can help you. If that fails search your local independent garages that service jaguars to see if they have SDD.
- Buy 2 key fobs from ebay Link
- Forum member Sone can cut key blanks for you Link. Using your valet key read the Tibbe code and have 2 key blanks cut for your car. If this doesn't work for you search ebay for "Tibbe cut" and you'll find people that will cut a key blank to your code
- Build your 2 key fobs with the 2 cut key blanks and have SDD program them as new keys to your car.
Good advice from hafren (post #11).
I had only one key for my X-Type. I used ebay for key blanks, and triple-c to cut the keys and SDD to program the remotes and program the keys.
We have three drivers at home and now have three keys.

exactly. With a working valet key all you have to do is grind the tip to a 45 degree angle and it will fit the trunk and glovebox too
