Lumbar support fault
When I adjust the drivers lumbar support it works like it should. But then, over a 30 minute period it goes away (deflates) and requires a complete readjustment (pump up). I,m assuming it's a neumatic system-it feels like it.
Any ideas to try before I take it to the dealer? The car is still under Select Edition Warranty but it is a 50 mile trip to the dealer and I,m looking for tips to try before going in.

My car is still under Select Edition Warranty so I hope it's covered for lumbar support faiulres, but let tell me you, Select Ed excludes more things than it includes. Got my fingers crossed.

Well if it doesn't you would have to pressurize the lumbar, remove the seat, take it apart and spray soapy water all over the plumbing. My guess would be the bladder itself or the release valve. That the moving parts and they ussually wear first. If you have to go that route, take some pics.
Here's from JTIS, "Lumbar MotorsThe front and rear seats have a two or four way lumbar motor system depending on the specification of the vehicle. The system uses a single motor driven pump, which inflates or deflates air cells, as required, to provide upper and lower lumbar support. The lumbar motors are operated from the seat control switches. Depending on the direction the switch is operated in, one of four solenoids housed within the solenoid pack (integral component of the lumbar assembly) is connected to the pump, which provides lumbar support by adjusting the amount of air in the appropriate cell."
