I changed to a K&N Filter and within two drive cycles I got a check engine light with these codes. I did switch back to OEM filter and erased the codes. Any advice?

What was the reason for changing the air cleaner type?

It's best to stick with the paper air cleaner element to avoid contaminating the MAF sensor.

Make sure you do not have any leaks in the intake. Moving things around to install a different (either stock or K&N) air filter can sometimes result in things not sealing up well. A problem like the lean condition/misfire codes is not one I would expect to be solely caused by the proper installation of a K&N type filter. What exactly do you mean by two "drive cycles" and again, why were you switching to the new filter? Even the MAF problems sometimes associated with the oil in the K&N filters does not usually result in a problem really quickly unless the filter is overly coated with oil.

Clean your MAF sensor with MAF cleaner or electrical sensor cleaner. Make sure you give ample time to dry. Go back to a good brand paper filter like WIX.

K&N filter eventually killed off my MAF.

Ditto above!

(The more you know about air filters, the more you'll want to stick with good OEM paper filter. Wix, Mann, Mahle, etc are all fine. Other than for lawnmowers and old dirt bikes, I'd give K&N stuff a pass...)

The intake snorkel on my XJR had multiple air leaks requiring epoxy patching, due to damage from ham fisted PO. Check yours carefully when cleaning MAF, and clean inside snorkel upstream of MAF back to filter box also
