Just to confirm that part# C2C12747 is compatible with a 2005 XJR?

Also found part# XR815966 for the S-Type.

Is that also compatible with the X350?

C2C12747 are what I used on my 2005 XJR. Not sure about the other part you mention.

Is there a flexible coupling at both ends of the propshaft, or just at one end?

Also, does anyone know the part# for the centre bearing too?

No spare for the centre bearing unfortunately. The rubber couplings are the same at both ends.
If the centre bearing is gone you have to replace the entire driveshaft, and that comes with the two couplings included.
