Vibration could be wheels/tires or possibly the tie rods. I've read of the bumper mounts up front to be loose and clunk. I'd do the tie rods and check all these things if it the symptoms are still there.
I did all BUT the tie rods, and I have a pop clunk sound when Turing hard or decent bumps. Hoping that is all it is struts are new too. 152k miles.
I feel your pain bought my xj350 about 3 months ago of that time easily 2 months in with various mechanics. I had clunks going over speed bumps etc so have replace the whole front end including tie rods ended up changing ball joints twice and front airbags twice as they were faulty. Clunk has gone now I hear rattles from inside dash so next is expensive dash out after spending close to AUD8k so far. I should have gone for coil overs if I had time again. Now suspension is horrible firm and floaty at the same time firm over por holes or rough surface and like a wet rag on highways. Next I’m looking at wheel alignment again and hopefully caster if possible to make it less floaty. But to respond to your problem the final click was the caster arms. But let’s say it’s a never ending challenge. But getting there ever so slowly and bank account diminishing.
Figured out I had the welded fixed square nut on the struts rubbing on the banana arms BAD I cut off the area that was rubbing on one side took away most of the noise ill do the other side tomorrow. Still have the steering wheel wobble lol
Cutting off part of the thread is something I definitely would not have done, mainly for safety reasons because it weakens the connection. I would not like to have it breaking at any speed...
The car was not designed for the two parts to be touching and creating noise, so if that happened, I would have checked whether everything was put together correctly, or whether some new part was defective.
Never in a minute. lol look how much was removed, not even a full thread. Its all properly put together I have been wrenching all my life. Seems the nut was not seated onto the strut all the way before they welded it.

Even so... my reasoning is that the car did not have the problem when it left the factory, and it should not have the problem after replacing the suspension.
Yes, not much was removed, but it would still be too much for me. I fear a weakening due to higher corrossion in the long run, for example. But then, I often do take my car to speeds well above 200 km/h...
