That was exactly my case. and we do have same age cars. In my case there was plugged rubber filter/screen on intake end of windshield fuel pump.
1. symptoms: no fluid comes from windshield sprayer
pump running can be heard, when switch on steering colomn is activated.
2. Troubleshooting steps:
You can see windshiled washer line running through cabin filter box for US it is passanger side plastic coverning infront of the windshield. There is a connection there for two rubber hoses. I disconnected it and blew low pressure air from compressor into both sides, you can use airduster can, in lew compressor, just need to be creative how to seal it.
This checks for blockage inside whaser lines.
3. Findings
in my case blowing toward windshield produced drops of the liquid on windshield.
Blowing toward windshield washer bottle made bubly sounds inside bottle.
4 What this told me
-there is no blockage inside windshield waser lines/system
-there is no leaks inside windshield washer lines/system
5.Potential problem
-may lay with pump itself, not it's motor, not hoses. Like a turbine getting loose on motor shaft; desintegrated turbine ...
6. Actual findings.
Upon pump being disconnected from windshield fluid reservour (it is suggeted to syphone liquid from reservour, as it will be everywhere when pump removed) it became unequivically clear that pump's gasket that acts as filter for intake got plugged with sediment. That is best I can discribe it. Replaced the gromet/filter put stuff back is working for 4 moths now. Did not have to replace pump, though it was handy. Word of caution, as I mentioned in prior post in this thread on Dec 07: there are cheap pumps for about US$40 outhere. problem with them is that they ma have "pigtail" wires coming out or have connector that is different from OEM femail portion on vehicle harness.
It is actually for individual owner to decide if it is OK to cut of vehicle harness and splice in pigtail wiring or something else.
For me it was worth buying OEM pump for ~U$180 and preserve originalwiring connector.
Lucky me problem was with $10 rubber gromet
Pump got returned.

I believe my washer fluid revivor is leaking... I fill it up and I get a low fluid light a couple days later. Has anyone had this problem? Looks like the replacement tanks are only available used which probably means its not all that common of a problem. I also only get spray from one windshield wiper. Any input is appreciated!

One leak point may be leaky gromet on the pump see link in my post above. Easy fix.

With one sprincler working; I have no first hand experience, can suggest to blow with air every step along the way of spinkler that dose not work. Just remmber if there a blockage in line for none working sprinkler and you blosings air from side of sprinkler you push blockage inside and block good working sprinkler... or you can begin by disconnecting plastic tube from none woking sprinkler to see if liguid comes through when pump engaged...
