Does anyone now if there is an X Pipe out there that will fit a 2004 XJR. A guy I know used a Magnaflow on his STR but the Indy shop he used does not think that one will work, I want to use Mina Back boxes and the X Pipe to beef up the sound but not make Ronnie too loud, my friend has straight pipes back from the magnaflow and his STR sounds like a 5.0 Mustang so a bit too load for me.

 

If the magnaflow doesn't have the right dimensions straight off the shelf, a custom muffler shop can fabricate you a nice h-pipe. On our xks, the h-pipe is a bit louder compared to the x-pipe when we removed our center muffler for the crossover option. If you have mina rear mufflers, I'd try the x first, then the h if thats all the shop is willing to fabricate.
