Default X350 door panel screws!

Have got an annoying minor rattle in driver's door. Turns out that one of the 2 screws is missing! Took the other one out. Is a black cross head screw 1.5" or 4cm long. Not too sure what to order up! Does anyone know the # / type please?

For future seekers, I believe it could be C2C7733

I think he means the screws at the bottom of the door panel, not the armrest screws. I haven't found a diagram that lists the hardware, just the panel.

I admit there's some room for mistake (i.e. I might be wrong), but here's why I think he meant the screw that goes through the armrest and holds the panel onto the door itself (and not the screw at the bottom of the panel)
- it's the only type of screw (on SWB) of which there are two pieces ("Turns out that one of the 2 screws is missing!")
- it is the only 4 cm long screw on the panel, it is black with a cross head ("Is a black cross head screw 1.5" or 4cm long.")

There are indeed two pieces of plastic scrivets on LWB, but those are not 4cm long.

And here's why I believe C2C7733 is the label of the screw that goes through the armrest and holds the panel onto the door itself
- there's no other similar (let alone self-tapping) screw on the rest of the relevant diagrams:

That may be my mistake... I was thinking the door panels had screws at the bottom that went up from underneath, but I may be thinking of a previous car.

Nope... there are screws at the bottom of the door panels, one in the front doors and two in the rear. (Mine is LWB, so the SWB might not have 2 in the back, I don't know.) I don't see the screws in any parts list, though. Also, since he said one of the two is missing, it's probably not these, since the driver's door only has one...

Yep, that's what I meant here:

The diagram (and the author of the video above) refer to them as "scrivets"

It's a combination of a rivet that gets fixed in place with the screw, therefore the name "scrivet". If I remember correctly, they are made of plastic.

Best regards,

Thomas

Here in the US most auto parts stores carry the 'scrivets' in many sizes but not always the one we need. It may seem a no-brainer but taking the OEM part to the store may help find an exact match or a 'close enough' match. I bought a box of mixed scrivets when I tackled a couple of cooling system 2-3 years back. OEMs had been gooched and would not hold various panels in place. I'll roll the dice here and state I probably got the box from eBay or Amazon.
