X350 Rear Seat 1 Clip Stuck

X350 Rear Seat 1 Clip Stuck
I need to replace or repair one of the rear seat belt receptacles.
Thanks to the excellent instruction in Sticky, etc., I have successfully rotated 3 of the 4 clips to remove the rear seat. However, the one closest to the door on the LH side won't budge.
I have tried numerous implements of destruction; so far, no luck.
Any suggestions?
