96 X300 front upper wishbone movement
Hi
I've just replaced the front brake pads and one caliper on my '96 X300, and while there had a good look around the wishbone bushes, thinking they may be worn. Bushes seemed OK but I was surprised that I could slide (with a lever) the wishbone fore & aft on the privot rod by a cm or two (half an inch if you prefer ! ). Is this right ? Both sides seemed similar. Should there be some sort of spacer/washer to take up the movement ? The retaining nuts on the rods seem tight.
Any advice greatfully received !
