Default Abs sent out for repair, now car acting strange, normal???

Hello.... I removed the abs and sent it out for repair today to BBM, and now with it disconnected the tranny shifts differently, speedomoter does not work, and when turning on headlights, the airbag light comes on. I am guessing that this is all liked because the abs is disconnected? I just wanna make sure! thanks everyone!

Is suspect it's all normal as the ABS and speedo use wheel speed signals....which are are no longer reaching their destination with the missing module essentially opening the circuits. I pulled the ABS fuses once and had similar results.

No worries, AFAIK. Every car that I'm aware of is so designed that the ABS can be inoperative....intentionally or unintentionally... but the "base" brakes still function perfectly normally.

yeah youll have conventional brakes, but without a speed signal to trans its gonna shift funny. has not referance for road speed and therefor will have incorrect shift points and line pressure. it probobly subs TPS signal, but if I had another car I wouldnt drive it only for the trans shifting issue. Low line pressure and incorrect shift points can be like your foot riding a clutch pedal and slipping

ok so the car began to start stalling on me as i was braking. It would loose power as soon as I am about to come to a complete stop... is this related to the abs not being connected?
