Default Ambient sensor reading

I was looking at the outdoor temp and it was about 20 degrees off. Does that mean I need to replace the sensor or is there something I am missing. I am not sure if I kept it off my parts care if that is what it is.

Nah, it means that the plug under left wheel arch liner at the front is corroded. Remove the liner around the bumper and you'll see a large plug/socket. Clean each pin hole with a 1mm drill and the pings with some contact cleaner and it will show correct temp again.
