I guess it depends on what exactly you mean. Wiring up an X308 clock to work in an X 300 wouldnt be very difficult, but finding a way to integrate it into the dashboard would be, as the architecture of the vents, gauges and controls is completely different. A complete transplant of the entire dashboard might be feasible, but the loom would need to be swapped or heavily modified, and I am not sure about compatibility with the myriad control modules. The rev counter springs to mind as a potential problem area. A biblical amount of work for sure, to end up with a dash which is, IMHO, less attractive than the X300. Definitely easier to get the X300 clock display fixed!

I did not make the question clear.
I refer to the clock that sits in the vent above the radio, not the instrument cluster.
I would not even consider changing to the xj8 set up.
