Default Finding new part

As i was taking my tires of the front, at the front right side I found this cable that was worn and detached. I am not sure what its for and what the parts name is. If you know the part i can buy a new one to replace this one. Your help is much appreciated.

It's a ground strap between the body and the hub, not sure of the reason. Mine ended up that way and it didn't seem to affect anything. Part number is LJA3744AC.

Your tie rod end boot looks worn, you should replace that.

That is the ground wire for the ABS sensor.
