My RH foglight is not illuminating. The connector is not receiving power either. The bulb is fine. The #18 fuse in the right front fuse box is fine and I am showing power to the fuse with my tester. I cannot find any severed wires leading from the foglight and they seem to lead into a harness intact.

Is there a relay or perhaps another fuse I should be looking for? Does anyone have any ideas please?

It was the large wire connector between the wiper fluid reservoir and the bumper. Somehow it had come undone. Apparently it governs the right signal, foglamp and running lamp.
