Jaguar XJ6, 1996, 3,2, 24V Sport, Remote, Keys Doors wont unlock
Doors on my XJ6 wont unlock either remotely or with keys (don't pop up the locks), battery tested and is powerful (12,8V). I only can open the trunk with keys, no alarm sound no nothing!!! Took off the battery pole and still door lock not popping!!! Put the pole back after 10 min, again nothing!! Any help would be appreciated !!!! Thanks a lot!!!

EURIKAAAAA!!
Finally after many hours of reading other's members, of this outstanding forum, posts about similar situations what I did and worked, is:
I took off the negative pole of the battery and short circuited with the positive one (just the poles not the battery) and right after that, I connected again the negative pole to the battery and immediately I heard the alarm's siren ''singing'' and the lockers popped up!!
I believe all this happened right after I had to fresh the paint of my Jag and probably this cause (?) one my doors (rear left one) to have a problem with the locker (solenoid or ******) and was always locked!! The security system ''thought'' that somebody is trying to steel the car!!! That's why I couldn't unlock the car with either means (fob, keys)
I hope my experience would help!!
