It certainly is one of the best looking cars ever made.

Modern 'Jags' certainly don't have a patch on it. They just look so... Japanese. D:

I like the new Jag's . . .I wouldn't mind owning the new XJ, but I think the last year I would buy is a 2009 for now. I love to original body style and the sleakness and sharp lines in the hood giving the appeal of the cars body pulling back from the signature round head lamps Jaguars are known for. I think they need to do another XJ6

Car theifs will love it.....

They see you wearing it in a shop then go outside and rob the car knowing your busy inside, giving them plenty of time...

A bit to personnal for my taste...

Don't you lock your car when you go into a shop?

car-nut, being in security, you obviously will be more suspicious, careful, and a tad paranoid than normal owners. Me, I'm more environmental friendly than most, my mom hates it when I ask her if she's going to recycle that can on the counter or that newspaper near the trashcan.

Stevie, wear that T-shirt with pride, I assume its yours? At least you'll have the only one made!

In all fairness, I had the shirt made to wear at Jaguar Club meets in the North West UK such as the one at Hoghton Tower on the 26th of June so if you go there and spot somebody breaking into my car while I am sat at the front in a deck chair, give the ****** a good kick for me please.

You had me confused there because the 10th of June has already gone. Then I figured it was July for the Jag Day.
It's a tricky one for me, is that. I may manage to get over there but a lot depends on if we are off down to Dorset for the week.

Love the XKE. Was the car that originally got me excited about Jags back in the 60's and still my favorite to this day.

I saw that E-type parked up as in the second picture as I left. My car was parked next to the gazebo on the same side as yours.
I must admit that had I known then what I know now, I would have gone to the Blackpool event. Mostly because the event at Blackpool is held on asolid surface and not long grass. The surface being what it was meant that I couldn't use my mobility scooter to get around which was a bit of a bugger.
I'll know better for next time.
Cheers,
Steve

You know, most of the new luxury cars look very similar. It's scary really .. there's no individuality or character anymore.

My ex has an S-Type and she's stated that people ask how she likes her Ford Taurus (maybe they're messing with her ) I love my Xj6 ... even the ex said, "that reminds me of what a Jag is supposed to look like".

The XJ6 is a beautiful car. I like the XJ8 & XJ all the way up to 09' after that the Jags don't carry that same look anymore. Still love the cats though.

Steve,

The ground may be uneven but it was a much better show and the JEC RR members are a great group, so welcoming...
