Pretty much doing a front end rebuild, what part #'s
I've come to the conclusion it's time to replace all the rubber bits that have deteriorated after 18 years and 176K miles of use. I started to try to put together a list of everything from old posts, but I'm getting lost.
Does anyone have part numbers for all of what I'll be needing to replace. I've already ordered new upper and lower ball joints for both sides of the front end. I imagine I'll need new sub frame mounts (how many?), and I've read something about a "v mount"?
I'd like to replace the front end parts now and work my way to the rear of the car. I've already ordered A frame bushings for the rear, but I'll tackle the rest in the rear after the front. I just don't know what part #'s and how many of each part I'll be needing.
How similar is this job to the Xj40? I've got an old Haynes Manual for one.

Perhaps the best thing is to start here: Genuine Jaguar Parts and Jaguar Accessories for classic Jaguars from Jaguar Heritage Parts UK
This will give you the diagrams and all the part numbers. This is the heritage division of Jaguar, so anything with a price is a part you can buy direct from Jaguar. When you select the part it also tells you how many you need for a car. Price is per item though.
