Promised the new XJR6 Pics!
Well everyone, here she is...fresh off the truck from Missouri this afternoon. I didnt get a chance to wash her yet but I fully detailed the interior for a couple hours and spent the entire day with her making sure everything was up to par. Car is amazing inside and out and I'm keeping this forever. It actually doesnt have that brighter white interior I thought it had...it is really grey, like a darker earth tone grey that my camera couldnt pick up. But it is awesome looking! It contrasts beauftifully with the dark wood, black, and white doors...it's not my classic tan interior but I am in HEAVEN. The seats seriously don't look like they were ever sat in....here she is!
Only complaint with the ENTIRE vehicle is that back subwoofer speaker is SHOT...lol. I gotta jump on replacing that asap!

Thanks for the comments everyone! She runs great although I don't have it registered yet and I havent had it over 45mph on my road. lol.
I'm on ebay ALL the time...and that's where I came across it about a week ago. I've been doing non stop searchings for one of these for the past 2-3 months straight!

I agree. the 95-03 bodystyle is priceless whether its a XJ6, XJ8, or XJR. That style looks like a rocket. They're instanly recognizable! = )

That was fast :-). I spent the better part of a year waiting for the right one to come along. Lucky for me it was only 50 miles away from home. It was on the dealer's lot for less than half a day.
After reading the ad and seeing the pics, and calling the dealer, I jumped in my car immediately....checkbook in hand. Somehow I knew it would the "the one"....and it was !
Actually I was searching for an XJR OR an X305. Either one would suit me. The right XJR just happened to come along first.

Do you have any under the hood shots yet? She looks immaculate. I'd like to see the engine as well.
Congratulations. I recently got a 95 XJ6, so pleased, she rides like a dream and is in my favorite color of green. I wanted the tan interior as well, but that is in my VDP.
Some people laugh at me when I say I will buy stuff off of eBay, but it can be awesome.
