Replacing down stream O2 sensors
I recently went about replacing my O2 sensors in my '95 XJ6. I was able to get the upstream swapped without a problem, but the downstream ones are a bit on the annoying side of things.
The sensors themselves are easy to get to, but the plug at the other end is conveniently behind the valve cover and intake. I tried getting at it from above and below and didn't have much success.
Anyone have any tips?
I'm not too concerned since they are the useless sensors, but I'd like to avoid tripping an error light in the future.

I haven't replaced the downstream ones yet. It looks like a two man operation.
The upstream ones are easy though. You can get by only replacing them. The ECU only uses the upstream sensors for running the engine. The downstream ones are there to check that the cats are doing their job.
