Default Seat control failure

Recently had the passenger side seat stop working all together. Took off the controls and tested it on the drivers side. Works fine on that side. What would be the item to fix. The seat is in the most uncomfortable spot and would like to have all electronics in working order.

Check the fuses in the heel boards first.

Try the seat control module, it's bolted under the seat base in an xk8. Probably the same in your car.

No I have a 97 xj6 but I think I will buy a used module and that should do the trick hopefully

First try swapping the modules, no sense in spending money needlessly.

I just looked at mine. If the seat is all the way back you probably can't get at the rear screws, otherwise you just need to remove the four torx head screws to take the seat out.

The seat is all the way back. I guess I'm going to have to fight with it
