Where to get Champion RC12YCC Plugs?
I only found the plugs at https://spark-plugs.co.uk but when I tried to purchase them the United States was not a choice in their shipping page. I've looked extensively & found just one plug at another UK site. I ordered them once from Amazon (Shipped by "Weingarts") & I received RC12YC plugs instead, which are listed as a "small engine plug" (Weingarts is a lawn mower parts shop). Most will probably say that the RC12YC plugs are an interchange but I'd rather use the OEM specified plug. 'Anyone know where to get the RC12YCC plugs?

Have you checked with your local O'Reilly or other chain autoparts store? Champion plugs are one of the oldest and best brands, so they're usually easy to find through local chain stores in the U.S. Here's the listing at Amazon:

Sklimii,
I completely understand that there are alternatives to any spark plug but there is enough tribal knowledge & evidence that this exact plug just might be the best for the X300 cars, especially those who have the very early '95 cars like mine.
Don B.,
I exausted the US suppliers I could find. That's how I ended up on a UK site. As RJ237 explained, the Amazon site you posted is exactly where I ordered a set & they were not the RC12YCC plugs.

Gotcha. Searching the Champion website, 12RCYCC appears to no longer be available. Searching for a 1995 XJ6, it returns variations of the cooler RC9YC:
Champion Automotive Spark Plugs and Glow Plugs - In Stock for Your Tune-Up!
Searching RC12YC, here are the options:
Champion - Search Results: RC12YC
If you have the specs for the RC12YCC, perhaps you could compare them with these plugs to see if one of the newer model numbers appears to be a suitable replacement. I don't know what the extra "C" designates relative to the RC12YC
Cheers,
Don

My RC12YC plugs came from Wallyworld! Less than $2 each. Wally sells a variety of lawn mower plugs! They seem to work fine for me, and indeed they cured my stalling problem last summer (the old plugs were toooo old).
There has been talk that the AJ16 is a bit like a tractor engine anyway... Lol.
I believe Ross reminded us last time, that the CC means double copper conductor. What that implies in operation, I don't know.

The RC12YCC are double copper & the RC12YC are copper plus. How ever slightly different they are, they are different. I am coming to the conclusion that they are obsolete but I do see them on Spark-plugs/UK. I just can't select the USA as a shipping destination.

I'm totally in agreement with n_sweeney on this. The same is true for the XJ40s. Bryan N of the Jag-Lovers XJ40 forum once did an 11,000 mile comparison of OE Champion RC9YC plugs with the NGK equivalent:
Welcome to Jag-lovers - Members Photo Viewing Page
Nothing against NGKs - they are the correct OE plugs for X308s and X350s, as well as our BMW, but where Jaguar recommended Champions, the empirical data suggests it's prudent to use them.
Cheers,
Don

I just found this on the https://spark-plugs.co.uk/index.php/policies site:
Countries to which we do not ship include Asia, Africa, Russia, Romania, USA, Canada.
Dang-it!
