Default $50,000 1988 xj

This is a joke right? Or a misprint? Or am I missing something?

Looks a nice clean car but way over the top unless it has outstanding providence.

With 85k on the clock already, that thing better not only come with the Queen's autograph, but include lunch and dinner with the family at the time of delivery.

Looks like the listing has ended, and the car didn't sell!

I can only think that the "seller" was fishing to see just how high someone would bid, and to do so without incurring any commission payments to eBay. To do this he simply made it a "Buy Now" listing, but of course put the asking price ridiculously high knowing no one would actually purchase at that figure. This way the ad cost him nothing, and he could see if anyone was willing to make a sensible bid, which he of course could always turn down because it didn't meet his (ridiculous) asking price. If he had listed it as an auction to the highest bidder, regardless of the ridiculous reserve, he would have to pay a listing fee.
