Hello

I just got a 98 XJR with a water damage - hydro locked engine .
I am reading this forum for the last couple of days , and it looks like to me that the bottom end on naturally aspirated or supercharged is identical ??!!
I am looking for a bottom end for solution for my 08 XJR !
Production date is 02/08
Please help me which year bottom ends Can I use !?

The pistons on the supercharged engine will be different (dished)

 

And u think the connecting rods and the crankshaft r identical ??
Just swap the pistons into the naturally aspirated short block and i have a short block for my supercharged engine ??
That sounds easy !
