my 1999 jag VP has autolite APP 3924 spark plugs. Is this the correct plug for the motor and what should the gap setting be? Will take suggestions on a better plug and gap setting for a different plug

The engine was originally equipped with NGK double platinum spark plugs.
The scheduled replacement interval is 100,000 miles for Normally Aspirated engines.
