Its a press on piece on a key, so it just doesn't pull off. You'll need a puller, probably get a loaner from Autozone or O'reilly's. But once it starts, it comes rather smoothly. You'll need to lock your crank into position and cams so as not to loose time. Do a review of 'tensioner replacement' or 'timing chain replacement'. There's a detail in here using the Site Search...
