So let me start at the beginning. Restricted performance came on at one point or the other and had the code checked for the check engine light and it said "Cylinder 6 Misfire". Tried a spark plug change as a quick fix. Stayed the same. Tried changing coil 6 and coil 2 to see if it was the coil. Stayed the same. Then recently, Transmission Fault light came on and the car will go into reverse just fine but won't go into drive. In drive it is really sluggish and doesn't really accelerate. It revs up just fine. Could the transmission be crapping out as well or is it just shutting down to prevent further cylinder damage? Any ideas?
