Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket aluminum water distribution pipe out there? I just installed the aluminum thermostat housing and discovered that the water distro pipe needs replaced as well.

 

I have exact same situation. BTW how did you get to the two back bolts on the thermostat housing? A socket is too tall and there is not enough room to swing a wrench.

What you can do is use a propane or butane torch and heat the neck of a 10 mm wrench and bend each end about 80 degrees into what is commonly called a crowsfoot wrench. Its tedious, but you can get them out a lot easier than r/r of the manifold. Replace the bolts with socket head capscrews and you are good to go.
